BROMONT, CANADA ⎯ January 2014 ⎯ Cogiscan today announced the company’s 15-year anniversary.
The company was founded in 1999 by three manufacturing engineers with a vision to seamlessly connect materials, machines and software in electronics manufacturing.

Now, 15 years later, Cogiscan has grown to become a global leader in the industry for track, trace and control (TTC) solutions. During this time, the company has developed innovative solutions to solve challenging industry problems. Among others, Cogiscan was the first company to automate tracking of moisture-sensitive components. The company also developed the unique and patented RFID Smart Feeder system that is used on hundreds of machines around the world. Cogiscan is now widely recognized as the expert provider of traceability solutions for electronics assembly.
