A computer sciences graduate from Sherbrooke University, Benoit started his career at IBM developing inventory management tracking software for microelectronics assembly. Naturally drawn to the tracking portion of Cogiscan’s track, trace & control mission, Benoit joined in 2002 originally as Software Development Manager. Driven by Agile Software Development principles from day one, the system architecture that Benoit helped design and build over 20 years ago is still the infrastructure of Cogiscan’s system today. As VP of Technology and Operations, Benoit continues to oversee our Technology team, as well as adding the Operations team to his responsibilities. You’ll often find Benoit hiking along the trails with his family… with his beloved dog tracking closely behind.

Davina landed in electronics manufacturing in 2010 shortly after graduating from university in San Diego. Completely fascinated by the technologies used in the industry, and the passionate and skillful people behind making circuit boards an everyday reality, she’s been hooked ever since and has worked in marketing, sales and product management. She made her way to Cogiscan in 2018 as her curiosity drove her to know more about software and its transformative impact on bringing the smart factory concept into a true reality. Relishing in the human-first culture and flexible team environment at Cogiscan, Davina gets inspiration every day from the smart and committed people she has the pleasure of interacting with. When not working, you can usually find Davina in (or near) the ocean with her husband and young daughter.

Louis, worked internationally and is an accomplished finance executive with more than 30 years of experience in financial leadership, business transformation, and operational management across manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, retail, and renewable energy sectors. He combines strong financial expertise with a practical approach to organizational performance and growth. A bilingual CPA, Louis is recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams, support executive decision-making, and guide organizations through complex business challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.

In 2005, during her last year as a student in Electrical Engineering at Sherbrooke University, Marie-Andrée did an internship at Cogiscan, and she has been part of the team ever since. Over the years, she has worked in several departments and greatly contributed to the improvement of our internal processes. Managing various large-scale clients and partner projects, she demonstrated her analytical and synthesis skills. As VP of Products, she oversees software development, as well as the Marketing and Product Management teams. Marie-Andrée loves to be part of a team; you might run into her at your local arena cheering on her kids or on the DEK hockey surface chasing the ball.
