It’s easy to get things done at Cogiscan. We don’t have a set hierarchy dictating who should be involved to trying something new – we just get the right people together, those that are interested or impacted in implementing change, which allows us to keep things moving forward. I’ve held three different positions at Cogiscan, and each time I’ve had the freedom to develop the role as needed for both the company and myself. There’s no set template to force myself into, so I’ve been able to use my strengths, and since I feel good about the work I am doing, I’m able to get better results too.

Now that I’m a dad of two young daughters, I’m glad I can offer them the same quality of life so they can create their own stories on the mountain.”
