We select candidates based on our needs and the requirements of the position. We then reach out to the selected candidates (maybe you? 😉).
During this initial 30-minute call, we’ll discuss your background, what you’re looking for in your next challenge, and why the position and Cogiscan piqued your interest. It will also be an opportunity for me to tell you more about Cogiscan, the role, and answer any questions you might have!
In this meeting (2 to 3 people will be present, including your future manager), we’ll discuss your experience and interests in more detail. We will also share the specifics of the role, including current and upcoming projects. Your questions are welcome throughout the discussion.
In this final meeting with the hiring manager and one or two future colleagues, we will carry out some practical exercises (discussing a real work scenario, reviewing a work sample, or navigating the backend of our software solutions (for software development roles)). This format varies depending on the position. Our goal is simply to give you the opportunity to picture yourself in the role and discover the types of projects you would be involved in.
4. Second Teams Interview

This last step consists of validating your references (which you will have supplied to us beforehand).

A personalized onboarding plan will be designed for you. Over a period of 90 days, various activities will be organized to help you quickly familiarize yourself with your role, our operations, our solutions, and establish key relationships with members of the team.
Throughout the recruitment process, whether the outcome is positive or negative, you will be kept informed of the progress of your application.
