We’re Thrilled to Announce the Nomination of Marie-Andrée Courtemanche to Director - Software Development

We’re thrilled to announce the nomination of Marie-Andrée Courtemanche to Director – Software Development. Marie-Andrée has been a crucial element to our growth for the last 17+ years, during which she held multiple roles, including Product Manager – Track and Control.
As a key contributor to shaping Cogiscan as the leader in Track, Trace & Control solutions for electronics manufacturers, Marie-Andrée has helped shape and drive countless internal process improvements over the years. Managing various large-scale clients and partner projects, she demonstrated her analytical and synthesis skills. Among other things, we would like to highlight her very important contribution to the creation, and continuous improvement, of our web-based HMI, TTC Go.
As a key contributor to shaping Cogiscan as the leader in Track, Trace & Control solutions for electronics manufacturers, Marie-Andrée has helped shape and drive countless internal process improvements over the years. In her new role, she will act as “coach” to guide each software development team member along their personal career path by facilitating collaboration and ensuring that everyone has the right tools to do effectively do their job.
In a field that is largely dominated by male Software Developers (91.7% in 2021), we’re proud to have Marie-Andrée at the head of our software development team.
Her knowledge and vision will surely bring our solutions to the next level.

I feel very privileged to work with such talented and forward-thinking people. In my new role, I aspire to develop the Software Development team by making sure that everyone uses his/her strengths and interest to the highest level to generate creative ideas to make Cogiscan’s solutions the obvious choice for any manufacturer. Our success came from our people, and I want to make sure that it will still be the case in the future.
We would also like to take this opportunity to announce that Benoit Ouellet, former Director – Technology, has accepted the position of Senior Director – Technology. In his new role, he will continue to work closely with Marie-Andrée and the software development team, while further developing Cogiscan’s technological vision.

This new role will give me a chance to focus on integrating these advancements into the technological vision and roadmap for Cogiscan to ensure that our products stay at the forefront of the industry for years to come. I am confident our clients and partners will benefit from this transition, and internally, our team will continue to prosper and thrive too.
Finally, Corinne Drapeau replaces Marie-Andrée as Product Manager – Track and Control. Corinne has been in our team for 19 years and was the obvious choice for this role.
These changes only further strengthen Cogiscan’s position as a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry and will help us to better support our growing presence worldwide.
