Factory Insights
We are incredibly proud of our latest product release, Factory Insights – a fully customizable factory data platform built for the unique needs of circuit board assembly and complex manufacturing ecosystems. More than a simple visualization platform, Factory Insights helps you to standardize, analyze and transform your manufacturing data into strategic action.

Offline Setup
We continue to improve the functionalities supported with TTC Rest API, the latest developments include:
- New endpoints for part numbers, work orders, product releases, and product groups.
- The ability to retrieve, create, update and delete process data on a machine.
- Improvements to the GET endpoint to support linking approved substitute components to specific part numbers.
- New endpoints have been added to support the seamless integration with external systems for effective maintenance scheduling and tracking.
The TTC Go mobile app added exciting new features to support operators performing multiple tasks across the production floor including:
Addition of the Setup module task:
- New view added in TTC Go to support machine setup validation (incl. Machine Name, Changeover Lane, Product PN, Operation and Required Instructions).
- Users with the appropriate permissions now have the ability to add a deviation to the setup instructions in order to still release a job to production (in the case of missing parts or materials).
- Users now have a more seamless way to perform a load action directly from the setup task.
We've updated our Offline Setup module to better fit the manufacturing reality.
- Offline Setup now includes an option to automatically activate jobs without a specific work order assignation.
Improvements to the Kitting Control module:
- Users with the appropriate privileges to add extra parts during the kitting process. To utilize this new feature, the user permission entitled ‘add more parts to kit’ must be assigned in the COI.
- Users now have the ability to sort pick entries by stock location, part number, required location, and part number description.
- Audible real-time alerts for low-level warnings

As part of our commitment to providing the latest shop-floor connectivity solutions for electronics manufacturers, our connectivity capabilities continue to expand.
Data Enrichment
New Adapter
- Improvements to the PARMI Xceed Inspection Co-NECT adapter to create and manage defect code mapping for both AOI and SPI machines.
- Improvements to the Mycronic Co-NECT adapter for inspection machines
• New Co-NECT adapter for JUKI ILX-2000 X-ray machines*
* the latest version of the Co-NECT Adapter Kit is required to ensure proper deployment and functionality
