Data Enrichment
Data Standardization
We’ve enriched the Co-NECT AOI adapters for the following machines:

Status Visibility
Factory Intelligence

We’ve made some dramatic improvements to the capabilities within the Factory Intelligence application including a new anomaly detection feature, updated KPIs and metrices, as well as display configurations.
Anomaly Detection
New KPIs
Factory Intelligence now supports automatic alerts for specific user defined anomalies. For a specific machine or line, users can now set thresholds (greater than or less than) for notification when data is outside these requirements.
We’re constantly building to our KPI library for users to customize displayed metrics by factory, machine or line. New metrices added:
o Total Setup Time (Analytics)
o Top 5 reasons for unplanned machine downtime (Analytics)
o Planned to Actuals for Cycle Time (Analytics)
o Cost per 1,000 placements (Analytics)
TTC Platform
Cogiscan Operator Interface
Cogiscan Operator Interface gets an upgrade with a new HMI specifically for the visualization of defects during the repair/rework process.
Users can now see a visual representation of the defects found on the PCBA (imported from ODB++ gerber files) – includes details on type of defect (color coded), location (reference designator), issue type, and component part number.
